First Presbyterian Church Livermore is looking for qualified candidates for an office project support position. This position reports to the Director of Church Operations and will be the initial point person for all phone and walk in interactions. This is a non-exempt position with office hours from 8:45 am – 1:15 pm.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- General office duties
- Database management
- Project support and churchwide communication
- Office/facility support
- Kitchen maintenance
- Sunday worship support
- Facilities rental coordination
Qualifications include (but are not limited to):
- Familiarity with MS Office 365
- minimum one year of diversified office experience
- Good written and oral communications
- Some form of database experience
